Today, on 15 September 2025, a program titled “Women’s Empowerment – Potential and Strength of Persons with Disabilities” was organized by UYP Dhaka District.
As a keynote discussant, Lecturer Tania Mahamuda Tinni (Department of Environment & Development Studies, United International University) participated in the event.
Also present at the program were Project Manager Abu Raihan, Project Officer Shahinur Akter Shaheen, Hozzaifa Sakhwan Jellid, and Tanzina Sultana.
The event began with a thematic presentation by Youth Officer Yubayda Anzum Saba. Through group-based activities, adolescents and persons with disabilities engaged in discussions, watched documentaries, and exchanged views on topics such as women’s empowerment, pillars of empowerment, and SRHR.
