On 28/09/2025, a discussion was held on “Ensure Active Participation of Marginalized Groups in Health and SRHR Dialogues and Actions” under the initiative of UYP Project Rajshahi. Sushila Mumu, former teacher, St. Louis School, was the chief guest. The meeting was presided over by Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Md Mamunur Rahman. UYP Rajshahi Project Officer Dipti Sarkar delivered the welcome speech.
The meeting began with an ice-breaking session. Later, mentors Nurul Islam and Razia Sultana discussed role play and leadership with the participants.
Later, UYP Rajshahi Youth Officer Md Faridul Islam held a detailed discussion on SRHR and gender equity for adolescents.
The participants presented their views and learnings through group activities. At various stages of the discussion, the guests gave important guidance on SRHR and inclusion of marginalized communities and distributed gifts among the participants.At the end, Project Officer Deepti Sarkar gave the concluding speech. Later, Youth Officer Md Faridul Islam officially announced the end of the program.
