With the theme “Building an inclusive and universal health sector is possible only by utilizing the potential of youth with special needs in the reconstruction process”, a program titled “Disability-Inclusive Health Initiative: Inclusion of Youth with Special Needs in the Health System Reconstruction Process” was held on Saturday morning at the Aparajeyo Tarunno Rangpur office, located at Shaheed Abu Sayeed Square in Rangpur.

The event was attended by Mr. Masud Rana, Disability Affairs Officer of Rangpur Disability Service and Assistance Center; Mr. Mohsin Ali, President of Mithapukur Disability Development Organization; Ms. Mehzabin Mou, Rangpur Correspondent of Desh News BD24; and Mr. Toufiq Ahmed, Accounts and Admin Officer of RHStep, Rangpur Medical College branch.

Youth with special needs from various educational institutions and communities participated in the program.

The event was presided over by Mr. Animesh Roy, Project Officer of Aparajeyo Tarunno Rangpur branch, while Ms. Swarnali Acharjee, Youth Officer, conducted the session.

At the end of the program, all participants collectively recited a health awareness pledge.
